Biography of Ronald W. Li, M.D.
Dr. Ronald W. Li, M.D. is an Otolaryngologist and a senior attending
physician and surgeon at the
University Medical Center of Princeton
, in Princeton, New Jersey. His parents emigrated from Shanghai, China,
and he was born and raised in New York. Following his primary and secondary
education in Ardsley, NY, he went on to attend
Harvard University
in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After completing his undergraduate
studies in 3 years, Dr. Ronald Li graduated from Harvard
College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude with high
honors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He received his Doctorate of
Medicine at the
Mount Sinai School of Medicine
in New York City. His General Surgery internship and Otolaryngology
residency training were obtained at Albert Einstein Hospital and Montefiore
Medical Center in New York City. Ronald W. Li, M.D. is a

American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
and is a
Board Certified Diplomate
of the
American Board of Otolaryngology

Li, M.D. has been practicing Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in Princeton, New Jersey. With two convenient offices in the Princeton and Monroe regions of New Jersey, he has the ability and expertise to provide compassionate and state-of-the-art ENT care to his patients.
Ronald W. Li, M.D. has served as the Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University Medical Center of Princeton in Princeton, NJ and has taught Ear, Nose and Throat to medical students at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. He is a consultant for the Princeton University Student Health Services. Biography of Audiologist:
Lauren Michler, M.A., CCC-A
Ms. Michler graduated with a Masters degree in Speech-Language
Pathology and Audiology from University of Maryland in 2003. She started her
career in central New Jersey before moving to the Washington, DC area in
2006. She has worked in a variety of settings, including private hearing
clinics as well as hearing aid centers, and has been at a busy ENT office
for the last five years. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from
the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Office Manager / Nurse:
Joanne Manela, RN – (Photo coming soon.)
Joanne is our Registered Nurse and Office Manager. She joined our practice
in 2001. She graduated from Edison High school and Middlesex County College
School of Nursing.
Prior to joining the practice, she worked as a surgical nurse for the Oral Surgery Group in New Brunswick, NJ, was a certified New Born ICU nurse at Newark Beth Israel in Newark, worked as a surgical nurse for Alfred E Greenwald, plastic surgeon, in New Brunswick, and managed her husband's dental practice.
Joanne is married to Stewart Manela, DDS, and has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Her special interests include astronomy, art, music, ballroom dance, reading and the NY Times Crossword Puzzles.
Receptionist / Biller:
Kashmira Patel is our billing specialist and receptionist. She is usually
the first face you will see and the first voice you will hear when you visit
or call our practice.
Prior to joining our practice, she was an experienced medical biller at TSI
Medical Billing In Union, NJ. She has been a valued member of our practice
for over 7 years.
Kashmira was born in Gujarat, India and moved to the US when she was 5 years
old. After graduation from Dickinson High school in Jersey City, she
attended New Jersey City University where she majored in Liberal Arts.
She is married and has two children. Her special interests are movies and
music.
Kashmira speaks Guarati and Hindi as well as English.
